Topic:  This month we will hear from tribal guide Randy Nathan, owner of N8TV Adventures and the Eagle Crossing Restaurant just west of the Warm Springs bridge. Most of the west side of the Deschutes River along the border of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs reservation is closed to fishing by non-tribal members. The exception is the short stretch from Dry Creek to Trout Creek, if you purchase a tribal fishing permit (www.tribalpermit.com). The entire reservation side is open to anglers if you are with a tribal guide. This provides significantly more access and far less competition for prime spots.

Educational Topic:  Fred Cholick has volunteered to do my Education time at the beginning of the meeting. He will be talking about "Fishing the Upper Deschutes River".
