WILD WOMEN OF THE WATER met with Bill Seitz for a 101 Tenkara Class on the Crooked River on 3 August.  I (written by Sue Coyle) have picked up Tenkara only recently and am intrigued with its simplicity and effectiveness. I have used my Tenkara rod on the Metolius, Tumalo Creek and the Crooked. While the philosophy of Tenkara is one of simplicity it is a specific style of fishing and I am eager to learn more. Bill will be providing flies and specific line materials.
